Chef Dave has been busy in the kitchen yet again. He has created his next Burger of the Month! Come in and get the new Surf & Turf Burger. This is a beef burger with shrimp, calamari & crab topped with a butter garlic wine sauce with provolone & swiss melted.Along with the Surf & Turf Burger, he has created a Seafood Platter. This is Hong Kong/Italian style seafood – A unique platter which has calamari, crab, shrimp garlic butter wine sauce topped with swiss & provolone melt served with rice.Chef Dave has also expanded his Vegetarian Options.
